Selects the amount of time that a DTMF
digit is transmitted regardless of how long a keypad
key is radio-user pressed. The digit duration also
applies to DTMF digits that are Buffer dialed (see Phone
Dialing). This selection applies for the current DTMF
Timings (record / row). 
DTMF Timings are then selected for use from the DTMF
Timing Select fields. Time is in milliseconds (ms).
